1) Account and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

2) Subscriptions, Billing, and Taxes

If you purchase a subscription, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge applicable fees on a recurring basis until you cancel. Taxes may be added where required.

The service is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or outcomes. In no event will our liability exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 3 months before the claim, unless required otherwise by law.
